MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) is soliciting bids from organizations licensed to do business in the State of Mississippi to assist MDEQ with integrity monitoring services, on an as needed basis, related to natural resource restoration projects implemented on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, which is necessitated by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon (DWH) Oil Spill. Integrity monitoring services will support MDEQ’s fiduciary responsibility to ensure funds are expended in accordance with the agreements negotiated between MDEQ and its contractors and/or sub-recipients.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. CDT, November 2, 2022 online utilizing GoTo Meeting and can be accessed at here or by phone at +1 (872) 240-3412; Access Code: 481-582-205. The purpose of the pre-submittal conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the procurement requirements.
Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. CST, November 17, 2022 at the MDEQ office located at 515 East Amite St., Jackson, MS 39201 or electronically via MAGIC (RFX# 3160005495). All bids received after this deadline will be returned unopened.
MDEQ reserves the right to reject any and/or all packages and waive any minor informality.
