MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) is seeking sealed bids for the DUPONT TRACT ROAD REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT (the Project). The Project requirements are detailed in the Contract Documents. The Project is administered by MDEQ and funded through the Mississippi Trustee Implementation Group Final Restoration Plan II/Environmental Assessment: Wetlands, Coastal, and Nearshore Habitats and Oysters (RPII/EA). The Project includes the construction of approximately 12,000 linear feet of gravel roadway within an existing 25-foot-wide dirt right-of-way, repair roadway depressions, and repair/install concrete low water crossing structures within the Wolf River Coastal Preserve.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m., June 2, 2023 online utilizing GoTo Meeting and can be accessed here, or by phone at +1 (224) 501-3412; Access Code: 195-403-021. The purpose of the pre-submittal conference is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the procurement requirements.
Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the MDEQ office located at 515 East Amite St., Jackson, MS 39201 or electronically via MAGIC (RFX# 3160005891). All bids received after this deadline will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. on June 30, 2023 online utilizing GoTo Meeting and can be accessed here, or by phone at +1 (571) 317-3122; Access Code: 205-470-813.
