The RESTORE Act is set up into 5 “Buckets:”
- Bucket 1: Direct Component
- Bucket 2: Council-selected Restoration Component
- Bucket 3: Spill Impact Component
- Bucket 4: Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Science Program
- Bucket 5: Centers of Excellence Research Grants Program
