MDEQ Executive Director Invites Public To Comment On Gulf Restoration
(Jackson, Miss.) – Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) Executive Director Trudy Fisher, along with members of the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council, invite members of the public to comment on the recently released “Path Forward” document which sets forth an integrated approach to Gulf restoration.
What: The purpose of the public engagement session is to receive comments on The Path Forward to Restoring the Gulf Coast, a document released by the Council in January which describes the path to develop an initial Comprehensive Plan.
Where: Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center

5:00 p.m. — Open House
6:00 p.m. — Public Engagement Session
Who: The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ).
