Air Emissions Report Form (AERF) Submittal Portal
In accordance with 11 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 2, R,6.6, Title V Program sources shall submit a completed reporting form with an inventory of the previous calendar year’s emissions and supporting information by July 1st to use actual emissions as the basis of the emissions portion of the Title V Program fee.
The submittal shall include all necessary supporting information (i.e. calculations, monitoring, and testing data, measurements, etc.) from which the actual emission rates were determined. If a completed form is not timely (July 2nd or after) or supporting information is incomplete or not included, the emissions portion of the fee will be based on allowable emissions until the appropriate information is received and the fee can be reduced.
For facilities wishing to utilize their AERR submital for their supporting information, all information must be uploaded to CAERS by July 1st.

Only AERF submittals intended for the Air Division should be submitted using this portal.
