Air Emissions Standards

MDEQ’s Air Division develops and maintains state specific air emissions standards for Mississippi. Additionally, EPA’s Federal Standards, such as New Source Performance Standards and National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, are adopted by reference.
