Onsite Assistance Visits
The Office of Community Engagement (OCE), through the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP), uses a one-on-one approach to help small businesses and municipalities understand and comply with environmental regulations. OCE’s outreach team recognizes that small business owners are focused on operating their businesses and often need assistance understanding environmental laws and regulations. MDEQ provides easy to understand written material on regulations, compliance requirements, and pollution prevention practices.
