There are two such facilities in the state:

Yes. Emergency Response personnel are available based on schedules for public speaking engagements to any civic organization, schools, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, etc. To request a speaker contact the MDEQ Emergency Services Office Administrator. - What are Mississippi’s clean up levels?
- Who do you call to report fish kills?
Fish kills can be reported to the MDEQ Lab in Pearl (601-961-5701) or any of MDEQ’s Regional Offices (Oxford 662-234-3733, Pearl 601-961-5656 or Biloxi 228-432-1056). After hours, weekends, and holidays, fish kills can be reported to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency at 1-800-222-6362. - Where can I find information regarding mercury in schools?
